Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All orders are shipped via Fedex Express, USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st Class mail, or UPS Ground depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the stock of availability. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of in-stock items on Standard or Ground shipping orders. Please note there is no Saturday delivery for USPS, FedEx, and UPS unless we are contacted by phone for this request during business hours.

We only ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO/AFO orders are allowed, please call for shipping rates when checking out. With FedEx and UPS air delivery services, we may use a ground delivery option if the expected delivery date is aligned with the day service requested and paid for by the customer.

All orders placed before 4:00pm EST (1:00pm PST) Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4:00pm EST (1:00pm PST) Monday-Friday, on Weekends, or Holidays are processed the next business day. For urgent requests after 4:00pm EST (1:00pm PST) please contact us.

HealthConfirm may request additional information concerning your order at our discretion. This may include signing a disclaimer to charge your credit card for larger orders as well as additional shipping information. We may require that the shipping address be the same as your billing address. If any of these situations arise, HealthConfirm may contact you concerning your order either by phone or email. In order to request delivery with signature required, please include this in your order notes.

All time frames are estimated. They will depend on item availability, order time placed and shipping service providers. HealthConfirm.com cannot guarantee or be held responsible for estimated delivery times or other service guidelines established by the couriers that we use. HealthConfirm.com is not responsible for delays due to bad weather.

For Overnight Shipping requests and orders placed Friday or before/on a holiday, the order will arrive the following business day. Our shipping service providers do not deliver on the weekends or holidays. If you require weekend or Holiday delivery please contact us.

If you request that your delivery address be adjusted after the order has shipped you will be required to pay the additional fee incurred for re-routing. If an inaccurate delivery address is provided, the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges to reroute the product to the correct address or have the product returned to us.

Free Shipping pertains to only Standard Ground Shipping throughout the Continental United States (offer not eligible in Hawaii or Alaska). See our Coupon Code Page for all offers and restrictions.

International Shipping

We ship outside of the United States. Some limitations apply.

Certain items are not usable outside of the United States, therefore such items cannot be included in international orders. If you're unsure about whether we can ship an item to you, please contact us before placing your order.

HealthConfirm is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to delivery companies or customs mishandling of packages.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply to their order. These fees will not be included in the order total and cannot be estimated by HealthConfirm.

Shipping charges are determined by the destination and items purchased.

Returns and Exchanges

HealthConfirm Refund, Cancellation and Replacement Policy

The following policy applies for purchases made through www.myhealthconfirm.com. If you purchased your HealthConfirm kit on Amazon or another authorized retailer, please speak with a representative from the original place of purchase. HealthConfirm must adhere to their policies and procedures. Kits purchased through any unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any refund, cancellation or replacement. In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellation or replacement, customers must provide a proof of purchase from myhealthconfirm.com.

HealthConfirm has the following policies in place. Please email help@myhealthconfirm.com for any request for the following:

  • If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your myhealthconfirm.com order.
  • If it has been 30 days or less since you’ve placed your order, and you have not used your kit, you are eligible for a refund with a 25% restocking fee per test kit to cover shipping, handling, and processing fees.
  • Orders over 30 days old are not eligible for any refund, nor if results have been released.
  • We are unable to issue a refund on processed lab services and other rendered services.
  • If you've purchased a bundle of kits for a discounted rate and are no longer interested in one or more of the kits, we're happy to honor a refund based on the above guidelines at the non-bundled pricing. Discounts that are made available through the purchase of multiple kits will not reflect in any refunds that are completed by HealthConfirm.
  • All test kits must be registered and returned to the lab within 5 months of purchase.
